The Board of Directors are a group of volunteers that are in charge of the management and control of the Humane Society. They oversee the development of organizational standards and goals and ensure corresponding policies and procedures. They ensure and manage resources effectively, review and assess it's own development and recruit new members.
The Board of Directors meet the Fourth Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM. |
